Mr Siwawa is the founder and Managing Director of TMS, and is regarded as a pioneer in the field of private equity in the region. Prior to establishing VPB over sixteen years ago, he was involved in t h e c o n s u l t i n g a n d fi n a n c i a l management arena with Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg, South Africa. With Deloitte, Mr Siwawa participated in a wide variety of consulting mandates.

Ms. Letshwiti is an Investment Manager at VPB, having joined the firm as an Investment Analyst in 2005. She has 13 years of private equity and corporate finance experience, having gone through the entire lifecycle of a Fund f rom fundraising, portfolio management and value addition and t h e r e a f t e r f u n d c l o s u r e a n d harvesting. Prior to joining VPB, she was employed with Deloitte, where she garnered experience in the audit and accounting industry.
